Ingredients:

• Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root]) 240g
• Shān zhū yú (山茱萸 Corni Fructus, cornus [fruit]) 120g
• Shān yào (山药 Dioscoreae Rhizoma, dioscorea [root]) 120g
• Zé xiè (泽泻 Alismatis Rhizoma, alisma [tuber]) 90g
• Dān pí (丹皮 Moutan Cortex, moutan [bark]) 90g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 90g
• Chái hú (柴胡 Bupleuri Radix, bupleurum [root]) 90g
• Cí shí (磁石 Magnetitum , loadstone) 300g

Action: Supplements the liver and kidney.

Indication: Liver-kidney insufficiency with tinnitus, deafness, and dizziness.

Category: Supplementing formulas / Yīn-supplementing formula

Method: Make as pills, or as a decoction (divide the amounts by 10 for one packet).

Dosage: 3–6g 2–3 times a day.

Notes: This is Liù wèi dì huáng wán (六味地黄丸 Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill) plus wuweizi and cishi, or chaihu.
