Heart-Opening Decoction
开心汤 〔開心湯〕 kāi xīn tāng
Source: Bèi Jí Qiān Jīn āng 备急千金方
Ingredients
- Yuǎn zhì (远志 Polygalae Radix, polygala [root])
- Chāng pú (菖蒲 Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, acorus [root])
- Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root])
- Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria)
Indications: Forgetfulness.
Notes: This is essentially the same formula as Mind-Stabilizing Pill [1] (dìng zhì wán).
