Ingredients

• Guī bǎn (龟版 Testudinis Plastrum, tortoise plastron) (mix-fried until crispy) 1 piece
• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 50g
• Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 15g
• Xuè yú tàn (血余炭 Crinis Carbonisatus, charred hair) 10g

Indications: Failure of the interlocking bones to open.

Method: Grind to a powder.

Dosage: Take 15g at a time with warm water.
