Rib-side pain and distension

胁肋胀痛 〔脅肋脹痛〕 xié lè zhàng tòng

Pain and subjective feeling of distension in the rib-side region. Rib-side pain and distension is variously attributed to qì depression, congealing phlegm, and stagnation in the vessels. See rib-side pain.
