Hard tetany
刚痉 〔剛痙〕gāng jìng
A tetany pattern characterized by heat effusion, absence of sweating, aversion to cold, stiffness of the nape, shaking heat, clenched jaw, and hypertonicity or convulsions of the extremities (in severe cases, arched-back rigidity), and a tight stringlike pulse.
