Dribbling urination
小便淋沥 〔小便淋瀝〕xiǎo biàn lín lì
Frequent short rough voidings of urine with a continuous dribble. Distinction is made between vacuity and repletion. Vacuity patterns are mostly attributable to insecurity of kidney qì or dual vacuity of the spleen and kidney. Repletion patterns are mostly due to lower burner damp-heat or urinary calculi.
